According to the Guardian the hotel is situated in a "fantastic location on the Thames". The interior makes the resident feel "both traditional and chic". Also the "wonderful view" is worth mentioning, which is the "best view in London". The rooms are of "variable sizes", but equipped with "very good amenities", "consistently appealing" design and even "a few luxuries". The bathrooms are "well fitted", but "not huge in most rooms".
