Our room was located on the 10th floor but sadly the room overlooked the hotel car park but to be honest this wasnt a problem because we werent staying here for the view! Our room was very large, much bigger than I expected for the price I paid. The bed was extremely large, probably about 6 feet wide and very comfortable. It certainly left myself and my girlfriend feeling like we had a decent nights sleep.
The room also had two wardrobes, an office desk and chair and a lamp on either bed side table. There was also a fully stocked mini bar but to be honest the prices were so extortionate that we didnt even bother. For example, they were charting £6 for a single shot of Jack Daniels so my advice to anyone who likes a drink is to bring your own!
The window in the room was massive, taking up nearly the whole wall which let plenty of light into the room. Unfortunately, the windows did not open though. By the window there was a small table with a sofa to the side of it. This made a nice ‘chill out area in the room.
The bathroom was pretty big with a bath and a power shower. The sink area was of a decent size with plenty of space to lay out your toiletries. Complimentary toiletries were provided free of charge such as shampoo, conditioner, cotton buds etc.

Facilities at the Sheraton Skyline hotel included an indoor swimming pool and a large Gym, both of which are free for guests at the hotel. Although we didnt take advantage of either of these, we did take a quick look and they were spacious and clean.
The Sheraton Skyline also has its own restaurant but we took a quick look at the prices and soon decided that we would not be eating here - a basic main meal would set you back around £30 - £40 which we thought was a little too expensive. Having said that, the restaurant did look very inviting and was nicely laid out.
There is a pool bar which is located outside and by the pool. This area was very nice and was one of my favourite parts of the hotel (except for the 6ft bed!). There was light music playing in the bar area and the pool was lit up making the atmosphere very welcoming indeed.

We decided not to eat at the hotel after seeing the prices so I am unable to comment on the quality of the food. We enjoyed a drink at the poolside bar which had a very inviting atmosphere, very relaxed and well decorated with palm trees and little bridges connecting the various sections. Again though, the prices were a little steep, we bought a beer and a cocktail and the bill came to £16!

The Sheraton Skyline was easy to find, we printed off some directions from their website and literally followed them right to the doorstep. In the morning, it only took us ten minutes in the car to reach Heathrow Airport.
