I have never written a review in my life so...not one to complain but this hotel is so bad i felt i had to share this knowledge with others who might consider using it!! At least with this information you cant say you havent been warned!! I wish I had read this review before going!! I would 100 million percent sooner atay in a holiday inn or premier lodge any day of the week!! I thought this was supposed to be a nice hotel!?!? Not low budget!!

Friendly and welcoming entrance, stylish decore.
Helpfull and friendly check in staff, ensuring all is well - as an issue around the booking.
Taxi booked for transport to the O2, which is ten minutes away.
Room, excellent, spacious, stylish - nice view of the O2.
The wet room, wow the shower!
Definately recommend a vist, as a return visit is on the cards!
