The hotel is described by the author as being a "hip" hotel in the heart of the West End of London and while it has a "cool exterior", once inside they discovered a warm interior. They found superior bedrooms with Egyptian cotton duvets and a white, tiled bathroom containing "freebies", including a pair of slippers. The rooms themselves gave the impression, they thought, of a "bijou penthouse". There were two different restaurants to choose from and light refreshments were on offer in the basement living room that also had free computers and a library. If a facial and massage was needed, then there was the Jinja Treatment room.
