I would stay here again and would also like to explain what happened whilst we stayed which was both frustrating and yet very pleasing.
We were woken at 7 am on the morning after our night stay to just check my details ( name etc) and they apologised and of course hung up and rolled back to sleep as it was a bit early to rise!

When checking out i questioned this as of course i was a little annoyed at being woken so early. It turned out that it had been a mistake on there part and the housekeeping had noticed the 'do not disturb' sign on our door when she was unaware this room was booked out. This turned out to be because of a new system having teething issues so it never booked us in the evening before.
He was very apologetic and offered us a discount on a further stay, which was very nice. I believe he was the Duty Manager who dealt with us and was a very pleasant member of staff who couldnt apologise enough.

The room was very spacious and very clean too. The room has a television and also a play station which you have to pay extra for using.
The bathroom was a half bath with shower above and a sink and WC.This again was very clean with plenty of toilet rolls and also complimentary shampoo and conditioner.

The design and the condition of the room was very modern and didnt look jaded in any way.

Our view from the window was of the hotel opposite and to the left a view towards London. We did not use the room service available on our stay but judging by the corridor a small amount of people did do.

The Hotel boasts a swimming pool and fitness studio, and this looked very clean and very spacious. They also have a sauna just inside the fitness suite and a Jacuzzi adjacent the main swimming Pool. The Lobby was also very clearly signposted on our arrival from the underground car park.
On arrival at the desk the check in was fast and staff very friendly too. The bar and restaurant are just around the corner from the reception but we did not use these facilities either on our one night stay, but looked very clean and spacious too.

The Hotel is situated in Wembley and the Tube station is only a 5- 10 minute walk from the Hotel. On our walk to the station there are a few small take-away shops and a garage should you wish fuel or something little to eat, but we went on the 30 minute trip into the capital to eat prior to our show at the Dominion Theatre.
