Much about this hotel is new. On a literal level, it is newly opened (May 2007). Also new is having a "fresh, funky" hotel in the Piccadilly area. This is one of several newly opened London "boutique" hotels. It is well placed "round the corner" from the National Gallery and in a Regency building "created by John Nash".
