[Kristel, 02/09/2008] Just behind the cathedral you find this bar. The people there are really friendly, and the prices are low (like almost everywhere in León). With every drink you get free tapas, which are very good! Even if you bring your notebook, you can use the internet for free.
Free parking space just across the street.
[Kristel, 02/09/2008] Hotel París is situated in the old city centre of León and therefore most of the sightseeing highlights are on walking distance. Barrio Humédo is just across the street where you can have the best tapas in town or just go for a walk or a dinner. On wednesday and saterday mornings there is a fruit and vegetable market in the Barrio Humédo. The cathedral, the highlight of León, and the Plaza Mayor, which is situated in the Barrio Humedo are on a really close walking distance.
In the old city centre it is not allowed to drive a car, only for trucks who need to deliver something or for tourist

[Kristel, 02/09/2008] Somewhere outsite of the city centre of León you can find Espacion León. This shopping mall has a lot of shops that you can´t find in the city centre, like a H&M and a ZARA home (which is like the best store if you need to buy furniture or towels or something else of that kind).
When I was living in León, I went there a lot, but also for tourist it´s a great shopping mall. Besides shops there are also a big cinema and a lot of restaurants. So you can enjoy yourself there the entire day!
Parking is for free and if you would like to go by public transportation, you need to get busline 13 fro
