The building is adjacent to the Municipal Museum and the historical museum of Leipzig (Stadtgeschichtliches Museum). Within a few foot steps you can easily reach the main railway station, the old townhouse, Auerbach’s cellar, the university, Thomas church, the Gewandhaus concert hall and many more sites.
There are many shops for daily needs in walking distance. The arcades inside the main station provide about 80 shops, open daily between 9:30 and 22:00 hours, as well as on Sundays between 13:00 – 18:00 hrs.
The modern designed apartments consist of a bedroom with two separate beds and a cupboard, a living room with a sofa bed a TV corner and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee machine, crockery, cutlery and cooking aids. The auxiliary room can be used as storage, office or guestroom.
