I was delighted with the level of service that the very friendly and helpful team had to offer at the penny street bridge. Right the way from checking in to checking out. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. I would recommend this hotel for buisness and pleasure guest. It's in a prime location of Lancaster, situated in the town centre and just a 5 minute walk from the train station. We shall definatley be returning here. Thanks again to you all.
