The apartment complex, built in 2000, has a total of 4 buildings each with 24 floors. Guests are able to use the facilities of Magic Monika Holidays (bars and restaurants) located next door. The property offers a reception service during the summer period. Outside of this period, the reception is at Magic Monika Holidays. A refundable breakage deposit will be required upon arrival.
