[AmAzonka, 03.01.2008] After we choosed a hotel in the town and after arriving we saw that it was just auful, our agency moved us to Pine Bay Holiday Resort were the rest of the Bulgarian group was staying.
After the miserable hotel in the town, this one seemed to us as glass castle.
The problem here is the transport from the villas to the main building. Some friends from the group with very little children found it hard to move around the complex.

Cleanliness

The rooms are part of small villas with small green patio, placed between pink and green bushes.
They are small, but enough, and have old fridge and bath which needed fully renovation.
I didn't like the smell of the room as I am not smoker, but the rooms were clean as much as its posible.
The design was simple, but nice.

Lobby Atmosphere

The hotels condition and architecture were nice. The main building is all in glass. But the villas were old.
I didnt like much the attitude of the staff on the reception. But in general the staff was very polite.
Hotels very big swimming pool is beautifully lighted at night. Its very clean and water is warm. There were free decks on the pool.
I also loved spending my time in the Gym as well in the Turkish bath.
The animation team was just perfect, were mostly Russian girls and boys but they were speak also fluent English.
The gusts were from many nations.

Dining Area Ambiance

The food was just wonderful, so testy, always hot and enough for all , which is not so common for all-inclusive hotels.
There were few restaurants which were free of charge.
The restaurants had perfect trained staff which was also very polite.
There are bars everywhere in the complex where you can have cakes and ice-cream for the children.
