[ChrisUK, 10/03/2012] Pretty good hotel complex with some lovely staff but unfortunately when we needed help there were not enough staff willing to show an interest and we were shocked at the lack of first aiders and first aid supplies on site.
Was probably once a lovely 4 or 5 star hotel but it is a little run down and 'tatty' hence the current 2 / 3 star standing.
Please anyone with children ensure that you take a full first aid kit and are aware of the nearest medical centres and procedures.
The male duty manager was really good but the female duty manager was utterly useless.
