[justinenov05, 13/07/2008] We stayed at this hotel in July 2008 and had many problems. First we arrived with our 2 children as stated whilst booking and they said they were shocked we had children! I pointed out we'ld booked an extra bed booked through them direct and they said they hadn't made one but would make one up. We'ld booked a mini-suite with sparkling wine, chocolate, fruit and a bath and got none on them. When we complained we wanted a bath suddenly all those things appeared. Then at the end we were overcharged by £150 (c1900SEK) and are still awaiting a refund - will believe it when we see it. It is a nice
