The climatic spa of Kochel is located in the midst of unspoiled nature, surrounded by mountains and moorlands, offering a variety of activities all year-round. Among the highlights is a mountain hiking tour to mount Sonnenspitz, mount Jochberg or mount Herzogstand, the favourite peak of King Ludwig II. But also the castles Linderhof and Neuschwanstein, the basilica of Benediktbeuren or the cities of Bad Tölz, Garmisch or Innsbruck are well worth visiting.The hotel is located on the outskirts of Kochel am See near the B11, towards Walchensee - Mittenwald - lnnsbruck, 65 km from the Bavarian capital Munich. By car: - Take the A95 Munich-Garmisch and the exit Murnau / Kochel. - From there drive about 9 km towards Kochel am See. There are plenty of parking spaces on site. By train: The regional train runs every hour from Munich via Tutzing to Kochel am See where there is a connection to Upper Bavaria towards Mittenwald / Garmisch. Exit at stop Firma Dorst.
