[helent672, 25/09/2011] Villas are of a very high standard, the public areas are clean, all the staff we met were friendly and helpful and as we got stuck in Orlando due to volcano they went out of their way to ensure we were looked after and that passes and extra accommodation were sorted out making what could have been a rather fraught time just a pleasurable extension to out trip
