[Onholiday, 02/12/2011] Stayed here, couldn't see out of window as it was so high, air conditioner really noisy. There was also a smell in the room, the bed was so old and uncomfortable. Went to reception to try and ge better room, receptionist wasn't interested, in fact was really rude and refused to move us. Wouldn't recommend this place. Turned Ioff air conditioner, which resulted in a large pool of water on the floor.
[CarRace, 27/01/2011] The room is basic, Ok size, no value for the money but it's Key West where everything is expensive. The TV was old and small, the toilet was leaking during our entire stay, had to constantly remind the reception about room cleaning and sheets changing. Was charged extra for the dog albeight did not see such info on their website. The location is OK - 20 min walk to Duval, the semetery on the way. Breaskfast was the same everyday, food from nearby convinient store, fruit was good though. The guy in charge of the breakfast was nice. Pool is not big.
[travelbug101, 14/11/2008] I need to write about the best hotel and holiday I´ve ever been to! Can´t keep it to myself! It was set in the most luxurious tropical gardens with a lovely cool pool and bar. The rooms are "condos", little villas, and ours came with 2 bedrooms and a full fridge! we were picked up at the airport by a driver - all organised by Club Class Concierge! Thank you!
