[sumanth, 13/10/2008] The package tour was badly organized. The customers have to put up with indefinite delays in airports and travel plans were very uncertain. The rooms in the Maharaja palace are poorly maintained. The agents / operators associated with Maharaja palace in other cities (especially Jomsom) are very rude and not co-operative.
Agents always try to put the blame on external factors like airlines, cab drivers, climate etc. They do not take any responsibility for their tour plans not working and are not trust worthy.
