Talanquera Resort - Juan Dolio
Sarah travelled to the Barcelo Talanquera Beach Resort in April 2005 and after an "uncomfortable" flight, she found check-in to be "fast". The hotel appearance is "lovely" with "lots of trees and plants" and "very well maintained and clean" grounds. Talanquera Resort - Juan Dolio
Gary and Sonia escaped their Canadian winter in 2005 and visited the Barcelo Talanquera Beach Resort and describe their room as "OK, nothing spectacular". Their 'king-size' bed was actually two mattresses, one of which was "so lumpy that I couldn't sleep on it" and the pillows were "also extremely lumpy, as though they had been through the washing [more...]

Talanquera Resort - Juan Dolio
Wolfgang visited this resort in the summer of 2004 and states they "had a very good time". The author was most impressed with the main part of the resort "which is set up in a really HUGE, lush green area" and thought the "fishes, turtles or flamingos" gave a "very relaxing ambiance for a carribean holiday".
