[Kelr101, 30.10.2005] Unfortunately Cris Jardim doesn't promote a very positive review of the Barcelo Capella Beach Resort, although the comments left against his review to tend to vary in positivity with one reviewer commenting that "This resort is extremely beautiful", with another going the opposite route and saying "This is the worst hotel in the whole country".
Basically Cris confirms that this is "not a 4 plus hotel" and despite the "grounds being very nice" the rooms leave "much to be desired". Basically he was frustrated with the "leaky air conditioner" and "bugs".
Unfortunately the Staff spoke "little or no English" which must have been difficult for Cris.
Sadly he became ill from the food and drinks, and wasn't overly pleased with the "rocky beach" and harrassment from local beach vendors.
I think overall a "below average" rating summed up Cris's impression of the hotel.
