Most of rooms of Prestige hotel in Istanbul correspond to Turkish standard of three stars hotel. But not those rooms which are situated in center of building. They are located aroung of big ventilating shaft, which is always closed. In fact it is public smoking area. Nothing but smoke of cigarettes.There is no fresh air at all, it is impossible to have any rest or sleeping in those rooms. This was definetely worst night in foreign hotel for me. But next days were good enough because manager changed rooms for better for us. Cuisine is OK, both local and European. It was in 2002, I hope now it should be better.
