I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights in January 2009. I can easily say that it is one of the most comfortable hotel in Istanbul. I stayed in a standard room and it is definitely bigger than many standard rooms of 5 star hotels. The room is very nicely decorated which made me feel myself in my own bedroom rather than a hotel. Staff is readily available for any requests from buying a thermometer to recommending restaurants from basic kebab places to luxurious fusion restaurants. I may recommend this hotel for everyone!
