[pippoxx, 15/07/2011] If you choose Cretan Villa, it's great to be really in the middle of Iarapetra and in a very nice, clean, friendly and caracteristic hotel. But what is really amazing is to enjoy the real Crete, thanks to the quick suggestion and tips you can get from the owner, Manos. When we (my wife and I) travel for holidays, we like to be involved in the local life and understand it, feel it? We like to visit beaches mostly known only to local people? [lynnqueen, 03/07/2011] .....comfortable, relaxing and friendly!! We were three girls exploring Crete and everyone treated us really nice. The rooms in this typical cretan hotel were very clean, and the service was excellent! The area around the hotel is quiet and peaceful, but still closes to shops, bars (YES!!! lovely bars there!!) and to the beaches! The owner is better than any paper guide, very helpful!
Ierapetra is surrounded by beaches, east, west, north - sandy wide beaches everywhere! we recommend Waiki !! Hey guys, we miss you all!!! We will definitely come back!
[tyresiasuk, 29/05/2011] Lovely pension with great staff! The rooms are very clean, spacious and nicely designed! My wife and I stayed there for 3 nights and found everything to be just great. The location was perfect and everything about our stay was wonderful. No negatives at all. All in all a great experience and fantastic holiday and would definitely go back!!
[pataus, 02/02/2011] I stayed in Irene Villa last summer, unfortunately not in the building you can see on all the pictures in the internet, but a much older on just near the VERY BUSY highway out of Ierapetra. Though the beach is just across the street, it is with kids really dangerous due to heavy traffic.
The owner didnt' want to change me the room, so I wanted to leave, but the owner didn't give me back my deposit , so only then she offered me a nice, clean and modern room in the second building, but charged me more from my deposit.
Fazit: the WIFI - Wlan Spot did never work, the first building is old with

[ialof, 21/06/2010] Ierapetra är en plats jag gärna återvänder till och Cretan Villa är en pärla! Har bott här flera gånger och är alltid mer än nöjd. Centralt, ändå tyst på natten. Rent och fräscht. Nära till stränderna, affärer och busstorget. Ägaren Manos berättar gärna om Kreta och ger alla tips man behöver - t o m försöker lära mig grekiska... Om du vill ha bar, pool osv så är inte Cretan Villa ditt hotell - om du tycker om att bo mysigt och mitt i den grekiska vardagen ska du bo här! [dasen, 04/02/2009] Hotel Cretan Villa is a small hotel that has everything you will ever need to enjoy your holidays in Ierapetra! It is situated very close the beach and the center of Ierapetra Our room was very clean .
Manos the owner was warm, and helpful. He offer us number of helpful tips. We stayed there in early September for 5 nights and the weather was hot and sunny, with plenty of people on the beach swimming in the warm sea of south Crete. We enjoyed our stay in Ierapetra and Cretan villa very much and would love to go back.
