, 27/06/2010] I found Hotel Continental frustrating because it appears on the surface vastly over-priced. Ignore what the guide books say, the other hotels in the area are much more expensive than this place. It may be boring and bland but it is the best value option around. We trailed around checking out hotels that we were told were cheaper but turned out to be very expensive. Continental is the cheapest of the hotels in the Piata Unirii area but that’s not to say it’s not as good. The hotel looks fine from the outside but it is quite dated when you step inside.
