My husband & I wanted a relaxing break with some sunshine & we did get that but on arrival they tried to put us in a room with 2 single bads, when we'd booked a double & then tried to tell us the hotel was full. We did end up with a dbl. We was the only English in the hotel the majority was Russian & the rest was Germans this didn't bother us the staff are friendly enough but the all-inclusive just doesn't cater for us, there's not to much choice either definatly not suited for children. On our last day I requested a courtsey room for a shower etc they kindly ablieged & gave us a a room that somebody had previously had there holiday in dirty towels all over the floor, rubbish over flowing the bin etc, what made things worse is they had a painter in & I had lent on the wall the paint has ruined my clothes which I tried to discuss with a manager, he insisted on sending the to the laundry before our taxi arrived, I waited 50 mins & this hadn't happened & surprise there was no management around when my taxi came. I am still taking this up with the hotel.
