[25/02/2007] The 75 year old building is considered to be Hong Kong´s "most historic" hotel and as "one of he world´s finest" hotels. It offers a blend of "the best of Eastern and Western hospitality". The hotel provides services like a helicopter shuttle service and a "fleet" of Rolls-Royce limousines. There is "state-of-the-art" fitness centre and a "huge" "Roman style" pool.The sun terrace offers an "incredible" view of Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong Island. The dining options are among "the most exclusive" in Hong Kong. The afternoon tea in the lobby is a "Hong Kong institution" and the hotel´s restaurant Gaddi´s is Hong Kong´s "most elegant" dining option. The other restaurant in the hotel, the Felix, was designed by Philipe Starck and is the city´s "most chic and stylish" place.
