I booked Hyatt Regency Shatin at a very low price because there is an experience package for grand opening. The package includes a suite and breakfast for two. Also, there are cash vouchers for the restaurant and spa inside the hotel.
When I stepped into the hotel, I found that the lobby is very new and big. The decoration is very modern. It was quite crowded, may be all people also booked the experience package. We lined up for 30 minutes for check in. Suddently, we was told that our room is on the executive floor, we could check in the executive check-in area.
There is a lounge which provides unlimited drinks and snacks. The view of that lounge is pretty. The room is very new and big. There are also free wifi for this package.
The Chinese restaurant is highly recommended. But suggested to reserve the seats in advance because it is always full.
I really enjoy to stay in this hotel and I will choose this hotel again.
