The rooms of the hotel are "among the larger" in Hong Kong and described as "ultra-family-friendly". The restaurant offers "innovative European creations" and the hotel bar provides "18 flavoured vodkas" and both are "major pluses" of the hotel. The health club and rooftop pool are both rated "A-grade oasis". The hotel has been "well maintained" and there is "a lot of regular guests". Mark Armsden describes in the September Issue of Business Traveller Asia Pacific his stay in this hotel after the "latest refurbishment", which turned in his eyes "out well". The author right away points out the location "with a capital L" of the hotel at the beginning of Nathan Road and a "few minutes" walk to Tsim Sha Tsui MRT stop and the Star Ferry. The downside of this location, so the author continuing his report, is the "ever present clump of aggressive copy watch hawkers" at the entrance to the hotel.
