Rooms are spacious and well designed (well conventional anyway). Views over the Mekong River from the upper floors are panoramic. Rooms are well maintained with a good range of facilities.

Staff are very friendly and reception area is open and well run. Business lounge on the 18th floor with its free bar is a nice touch. Internet access currently online available through LAN cable which can be a little frustrating.

Located on the Mekong Riverside, its right in the centre. Although extremely busy area, rooms were quiet and insulated from the outside noise. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby.
