The author sees the Novotel as "one of the city's best" hotels. He especially liked the "sunken" lobby and the nearby pool which both give the hotel a different look - more "Thai or Balinese" style - in comparison to the usual other hotel styles of Vietnam. The hotel is not very centrally located however it's only "a boon" to get there. [more]
