There are many interesting villages nearby, as well as the islands of Ostfriesland. Carolinensiel is located right in the midst of the region and is home to the many friendly people of Ostfriesland. To experience the North Sea is to experience Carolinensiel. Go for a stroll or shopping along the promenade with its ports and discover the history of the North Sea coast. The hotel is centrally located in a quiet place within walking distance of the promenade and the shops.By car
- Take the A31 motorway until Leer-Ost Nr. 2.
- Take the B436 to Hesel and then the B72 to Aurich.
- Turn onto the B210 and continue until Wittmund.
- Follow the B461 for Carolinensiel.
- In Carolinensiel turn left onto Kirchstraße and then turn right onto Pumphusen at the next turn.
- Follow this street and turn left after about 200 metres onto Am Kurzentrum.
- You will see the hotel after about 250 metres on the left side.
You can also take the A29 to Wilhelmshavener crossing and then exit number 5 onto B210 via Jever or Wittmund to Carolinensiel.
By train:
Take the train to Sande via Jever to Wittmund or via Norden to Esens and then the bus to Carolinensiel until stop "Deutsches Haus" or "Friedrichsschleuse".
When you buy a ticket indicate Harlesiel as destination, the bus ticket to Carolinensiel is then included in the price.
You can also take a taxi from Jever (only for trips after 17:55).
