[JeniferJulie, 27/01/2012] We got confused when arrived this hotel as they changed name to be Thaison Palace Hotel. However everything was kept being perfect!
The location is great! It is within walking distance to the old quarter and many local attractions. There is even a computer in the hotel room for our usage! The staff are phenomenal. Quinn is the Manager / Owner there and he is GREAT! He always ensured our needs were looked after and that our day was filled with fun things to do. We booked a junk cruise to Ha Long Bay through the Hotel and it was sooooooooo much fun. I definitely recommend going. Ha Long Bay is b

[BalesGary, 27/01/2012] The Thaison I now is Thaison Palace Hotel is the best hotel in Hanoi for sure. This hotel has everything that a tourist looks for: the central location but more than that, the invaluable staff service and help. We have travelled throughout Vietnam and although the standards are higher compared to Europe none of the other hotels could match the level of Hanoi value. The room was spacious and nicely decorated, breakfast had any type of choice. Highly recommended.

Service was quick and professional .All staff very friendly and helpful .The rooms were large and clean. The location is very good as you can walk everywhere.
[Hollandier, 11/09/2011] It is always good feeling for us when suddenly something reminds us about this place. Our trip was going smoothly and quiet well with the brilliants helps from Asia Palace hotel. We were lucky to get a special promotion which help us to upgrade our room from Standard to Deluxe. We saved butt-load of money and felt so great to spend the right money for the right thing. There is no doubt, hotel service and people are on the top level. Just love the big room with a lovely massage machine ( there is very unique which we could not find anything like this from anywhere else). Great for all and grea

[belle1234, 02/05/2011] We are very confident to recommend this lovely hotel and be sure Thaison Grand Hotel is the best 3 star hotel in Hanoi. Rooms here are very nice, large and clean. the facilities are very modern and brand- new. Very good staff and the location is also very convenient for Hanoi old- Quarter visiting.
[Umair, 26/04/2011] The Drift has enough of everything to make anyone happy. It is admittedly on the pricey side for Hanoi, but it is well within most western budgets. The staff are fun loving and friendly, not only willing to show you where to go and how to get there, but will often come out and have drinks with you. It is clean and well decorated, with nice dark wood bunk beds and lockers. Each room has two separate showers in the bathroom, so as not to have eight people forced to share one in the morning. Every room has free wifi as well. When you don't feel like exploring, spending time in either the movie ro

[johanlittle, 10/04/2011] Great for Thaison Palace Hotel and we are sure to highly recommend this hotel for its good price, nice room and excellent staff. Our room is very clean, large and nice decorated. From our hotel can reach to Hoan Kiem lake in 5 minutes only. Pick- up service is very convenient and good price too.
[johanlittle, 03/04/2011] My partner and me booked this hotel online in March 2011 after looking at many over the course of a few days as it came across as quite modern and pretty reasonable. Location was perfect, very close to the heart of the city. The buffet breakfast had a nice selection of food and allowed us to fill up for the day. We both loved this hotel and city so much, we are planning another trip in August of this year.
[belle1234, 02/04/2011] I had the pleasure of staying here for a couple of nights during a short visit to the city. The atmosphere of the hotel is very good. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is great, very close to Hoankiem lake and other major attractions. Excellent location for a very comfortable and stylish stay. Also the breakfast buffet was very nice. Definitely a hotel to be recommended.
[Ryser, 08/02/2011] The Hanoi Imperial is excellently located, only about 200 meters to the lake. The room we had was a delux room and the bed was the largest we have ever slept in and extremely comfortable. The room was large by Hanoi standards and extremely clean and the service was warm and informative. We highly recommend this Hotel, terrific value in the best location. Enjoy!
[ASANO112, 24/01/2011] Our family spent 6 nights in Hanoi and we stayed at Thaison Hotel I for 3 night before moving to Thaison Hotel II. We can recommend both hotels too. They were great hotels and the Boss must be smart. Room was big and clean. Good breakfast and good location. But staff was the best among and they kept souls in Hanoi. Highly recommend these hotels.
[jimy_sean, 23/01/2011] We love it here! This is actually our second time here in Hanoi and Sunrise Hotel Hanoi is the only place we stay! The place is perfect , the room is very nice and clean. I found the staff to be wonderful especially the front desk staff and the security guard - very friendly and helpful! We hope to stay there again when we next visit Hanoi.
[Samsam12, 10/12/2010] This is a new mid range hotel in the Hanoi old quarter. We stayed here twice and found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. On our second stay they offered my family the top suite on the top floor. For an additional $20 the extra space was well worth it, especially when you've been battling with the traffic, noise and shopping all day! The hotel is perfectly situated in the old quarter to the water puppet show / markets. 5 mins walk. Most attractions can be sourced fairly easily with taxi or walk if you're keen. The restaurant has a great breakfast. Staff also friendly and remember yo

[Edith181, 31/08/2010] The Royal Palace hotel was our 1st hotel during a one month stay in Vietnam. From the moment we arrived we were made feel part of a family. The staff are truly the kindest people you could ever wish to meet. We booked all our onward flights and hotels with the amazing Jonny who was like an Angel on our shoulder, and a genius at his work. We were extremely happy with all the travel plans we made here, especially with our limited budget. The location of the hotel is excellent, on a quiet street and yet just 5 minutes walk from the lake and all the main sights. The rooms are warm cosy and spaciou

[pierrhunterlar, 22/06/2010] I moved from another hotel in the Old Quarter to Hanoi Charming Hotel and was very happy there. Very central location, near many restaurants, cafes, bars, and shopping. Lots of activities around so I felt safe even late at night. The lobby is bright and clean with marble floors. The rooms were new, classic, and very clean. Inside the rooms, I liked the marble shower, modern toilet, flat-panel TV. A new elevator took me directly to my floor. I couldn't ask for more from the staff. The manager was very friendly and took care of (the few) requests that I had. There is a small restaurant / bar downs
