[martanikolova, 17/01/2012] This is one of the most interesting places I have ever been to. I don't even know how to discribe everything I experienced there. To start with, I was amazed by the surroundings of the entire village. The exterior of the cheese factory is not something special, but once you get inside, you are transferred in another world. The entire tour around is organised perfectly. You start from the very beginning of the whole cheese making process and you experience everything with amazing details - you hear the cows, their bells, you can smell the grass in the pastures where they eat. [martanikolova, 07/01/2012] The first thing that comes to my mind when I think about this castle is enchanting. This word best suits it. It is located on a hill in Gruyeres village and offers stunning views. We reached the village by train (the Swiss train transport system is really convenient and you can go practically everywhere by train). Trains are modern and even offer snacks and drinks, which I haven't seen anywhere before that. As soon as we entered the village I was transferred to another time. It was so peaceful and cute.
