Rooms: Superb rooms in an Edwardian seafront guesthouse. Some with expansive views across the water gardens and dunes to the shoreline beyond.
Parking: Free off road car park with a space for a car for each room
Wifi: Completely free Wireless Internet access in all areas
Pets: A number of rooms are available for those with a pet dog. Dogs though are never allowed in the rooms on their own. Best way is put them in the car after their morning walk.
Families: We have two rooms located on the top floor off an enclosed lobby which many families choose as the only rooms on that floor. Remember though children must be over 11 years. Discount applied if both rooms taken but any combination of rooms can be booked including twins or single. Ask for quote.
Disabled Facilities: Ground floor double room short distance from breakfast room. Has facilities for 'walking' disabled including shower seat and hand rails. Low steps to shower room and shower. Easy to operate shower , lights etc.
