[more]The museum exhibits evidence of the history of the town and the region around it ranging from the era of the Hohenstaufen dynasty up to the beginning of this century. Silver and gold coins as well as stone sculptures bear witness of the art and culture of the time of the Hohenstaufen dynasty.
Artefacts of the sculptor Johann Baptist Straub, the engraver Johann Jakob Haid, the lithographer Johannes Woelffle and the lanscape painter Jakob Grünenwald are also shown.
Opening times: Tuesday to Saturday 1 pm - 5 pm,
Sunday and holidays 11 am - 5 pm
Entrance fee 1,50 Euro, concession 1 Euro, free up to the age of 18 years.
