The Gallery of Modern Art in Glasgow is described as being one "of Glasgow's boldest galleries." This attraction was formally the Royal Exchange Building which was "designed by David Hamilton (1768-1843) and finished in 1829." We are told that this attraction also "incorporates the mansion built in 1780 by William Cunninghame" who was "one of the wealthiest tobacco lords." The collections inside this building include items "by Scottish conceptual artists such as David Mach" among others.
