[nikki16, 30/07/2011] The staff at this hotel could not do enough for you. Service was impeccable. We were upgraded on arrival - I have never seen a bed so big, or felt so comfortable. Meals were lovely and if you fancied something that was not on the menu, then they'd try and get it for you. Our stay was unavoidably extended, thanks to the volcano eruption, and the staff were most accomodating in extending our visit, assisting us with finding alternative travel routes home, liaising with tour reps and airlines. As the title says, on getting back to the UK, we booked to return there.
