[magdadh, 28/11/2011] The great majority of attractions in Gdynia are in Srodmiescie, as are better hotels, restaurants, bars, clubs, cafes and shopping. Gdynia is a young city that was built virtually from scratch in the late 1920s as the sea-port of the newly-revived post-WW1 Poland. It is not an A-list tourist destination, but anybody staying in the Tri-City area should give Gdynia a day or two.
