Take your pick from fondue, Bavarian specialities such as roast leg of pork and duck, and meals from our barbecue grill outside. Each Saturday a Bavarian evening with music takes place.Several beautiful hiking, cycling and Nordic walking paths begin right outside our front door. Take just a few steps and you will find yourself amid wonderful natural scenery, including that of the Partnach gorge - a wild and romantic ravine with waterfalls.
The hotel is situated close to the olympic skiing stadium, in the district of Partenkirchen. From the stadium, take the small private road which leads to Partnachklamm (approximately 1 km). At the end of the road you find a large car park named Forsthaus Graseck. From here, the Graseckseilbahn cable car takes you to the hotel. Please note that the hotel is only accessible via this cable car; the journey takes 3 minutes and each car fits 4 people. Hotel guests may use the cable car free of charge. It runs between 07:00 and 22:00, Sunday to Thursday, and from 07:00 until 24:00 on Fridays and Saturdays.This hotel enjoys a unique location overlooking the Partnach Gorge, just 2 kilometres from Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
Accessible via a private cable car, it offers comfortable accommodation amid breathtaking mountain scenery.
