I walked from my hotel.
The reception was friendly.
My choice of menu was not standard, but we solved the problem together.
It was half full on a Tuesday evening, the atmosphere was created by the staff and was, yes Italian not Savini in Milano, but then I didn't pay for that.
A wide difference in the guests - business, social, man and wife a lonely Englishman.
Next time I am in Freiburg I know where I will eat.

Personally managed by the owner, it sets the standard for all hotels in Europe to follow in terms of service. From the front desk to the room attendants, from the bar to the superb restaurants, everyone really knows how to please the guests. Food in every outlet is of the highest quality, personally managed by the chef of 25 years service.
