The hotel is perfectly located right on the beach and steps away from the biggest tourist shopping area. At night they have live shows for and by the residents in the shopping area. However, we bought the all inclusive package that was supposed to include about 12 restaurants on the resort. When we arrived we were given a letter saying that "all" inclusive only included 1 sports/bar restaurant that had a very limited all inclusive menu and that we could only visit 1 other restaurant once (called Ireies). The front desk staff told us that Ireis had the best lobster but when we given the all inclusive menu on our 1 night permitted night, of course, the menu did not include the lobster. The staff are extremely nice and you feel very safe on the resort. They are not getting a lot of guests which was great because we had many of the beaches and pools to ourselves. When we first arrived they offered us an "upgrade" but we then had to switch room 3 times and bond with the the repair guy (who was good humored) our first few hours at the hotel. Overall I recommend the hotel but would not choose the all inclusive package.
