[Clemo56, 09/02/2011] Outside Fratton station you have easy access to Fratton, The Bridge Centre, Fratton Park. Fratton is actually the closest station to Southsea rather that the “Portsmouth and Southsea station as many people believe.
Fratton station get VERY busy on match days, they tend to open a side gate to keep supporters out of the way of the general public. There are usually many taxis in a rank waiting outside the main building for easy transport once off the train although if you are requiring a bus service else ware it would probably be better to go to the Portsmouth and Southsea station which Is rig
