[iiqcheck-en, 22/12/2011] We were only at the hotel one night. We were very impressed. The hotel was spotlessly clean. It was very tastefully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. Especially after a 23 hour flight from New Zealand. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The dining room and breakfast were very good. We would certainly recommend the hotel to our friends or any one else who may travel to Frankfurt. We would also stay at your hotel again if we are in Frankfurt. Kindest Regards Neville and Helen Cooper from New Zealand
[iiqcheck-en, 22/12/2011] Very nice, clean and small hotel, exactly like I enjoy to stay.
[iiqcheck-en, 05/12/2011] We had a terrific experience with the hotel. The location was perfect and the value was exceptional. The reception staff was exceptional.

Yes, public areas are very grand if a little dated, but bedrooms are really dated and only four star.
Pity the prices didn't match the product.
[zena111, 14/05/2011] Great Location for business trips, clean, neat, spacious rooms, and huge breakfast buffet!
[Umair, 26/04/2011] I must begin by saying that I have stayed in a number of hostels across Germany, but Frankfurt Hostel was by far the dirtiest one I have ever encountered. The staff were nice and helpful, switching seamlessly between English and German (among other languages), and the reception area and accompanying bar were at least relaxing. However, every bit of the hostel is rundown and looks like it should be replaced. The room was on the small side for six people and, while it had an ensuite, the bathroom was bare and dirty as well. Its location is central, being a mere two minute walk from the Frankfurt

[Win_BKK, 20/03/2011] The Moevenpick Frankfurt City is close to the Frankfurt fair, not long way from the main station. There are subway stations nearby. The staff was very nice and quick, the rooms modern and comfortable. The rooftop terrace comes with goods views. Parking is a bit pricey but on weekends it's usually easy to find a free outdoor parking nearby.
[clairedeg, 07/09/2010] If you have to go to Frankfurt for business, then I would recommend the Derag Hotel Frankfurt as a good place to stay. It is located in a quiet residential suburb but the business district and the Messe can still be reached quickly and easily by public transportm, a bus leaves from outside the hotel every 30 minutes for the Sudbahnhof, a journey of approximately 5 minutes. It is extremely good value for money and the staff are friendly and helpful. The studio style apartment rooms means that they are substantially larger than many single rooms in the downtown hotels. It is clean and well

[vasilevn, 11/07/2010] I liked this hotel although the relatively small rooms, lack of air conditioning and the minimalistic breakfast. There have a specific atmosphere, which gives opportunity for relaxation and rest after a hard day. Internal decoration is related to opera and opera's singers. Also the staff is very responsive and helpful. Location is more than perfect and you have access to all sight-seeings. Parking nearby is also a good value. Additionally, I strongly recommend the restaurant, which is in the same building.
[koshkha, 27/06/2010] I stayed at the Lindner in Frankfurt for two nights when visiting the German offices of a company I used to work for in 2007. I had almost no idea where I was as it wasn't a central area of Frankfurt and I pretty much got in and out in taxis without knowing where I was. The hotel itself was actually quite good, located as it was in an area of mixed use - residential, hotel, small shops etc.
The lobby was very large with lots of seating and a very large reception area. Everything about this place is quite spacious, with wide corridors and large, rather sparse, rooms. I was pleased to get a do

[fishbob, 24/06/2010] Frankfurt was the tail end of my trip to Germany, and I had high hopes for this city.
I wasn't disappointed! There was a lot to see and do, and I wasn't able to fit everything in to my tight schedule! At least i was able to see the botanical gardens and Paulskirche while i was there (they were close to the hostel, which helped).
I liked that the hostel was right next to the Bahnhof, and the 24 hour reception was convenient, because I was coming and going at all times of the night!
The rooms were really big, which was a surprise after some of the other hostels i stayed in here in Germany.

[olga123, 06/06/2010] This hotel is family owned and you can feel it. The rooms are clean and well maintained. A little old fashioned, but I liked exactly that! But the most remarkable attraction of this hotel is definitely the service - attentive, very personable, courteous and VERY friendly- the staff really goes an extra mile for you! The location is very quiet. It is not a place to party, however quite appropriate for solo business travelers, with free Wi-Fi and they will let you work in the restaurant in a day time, should you need more desk space. Very homey atmosphere. I was also very touched when the staf

[MichaelNixon, 24/01/2010] I have stayed at The Hessischer Hof a number of times and have always been impressed by the superb service given by professional staff who give wonderful service whilst maintaining a friendly ambience. On my third or fourth visit I was welcomed back to my 'little home in Frankfurt' and indeed it is! The rooms may be a bit dated BUT they are perfectly kept.
[mistercheeks, 08/10/2009] Spending a night in this hotel was an extraordinary experience. Comfortable rooms mixed with a great design an perfect service make this hotel a premier spot in frankfurt. Absolutely recommendable.
[JJacob, 06/10/2009] I visited this hotel in may 2009. If you're looking for some good comfort and great style, this hotel is perfect for you. I really enjoyed my stay, thanks to the friendly staff and nice location near the centre of frankfurt. Surroundings are not so nice though, except you like sex shops & stuff.
[mporteous, 29/09/2009] City hotel needing modernised. Staff efficient and friendly. Room comfortable but old fashioned with old carpet. Shower good , bed comfortable. Breakfast excellent. Location next to train and bus services very handy. Quite good value for money. Everyone speaks English (better than some English people).
[galibali, 23/07/2009] If you happen to visit Frankfurt am Main(as it called on German), due to business or on the technical fair, don't miss the Main Tower. It offers a breathtaking view from the top to the whole city, a wonderful view of the river Main and also Old Town. Main tower is a 200 metres (656 foot) skyscraper in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. It is named after the river Main. A 40 metre (131 foot) communications tower is mounted atop the building. It features five underground floors, as well as two public viewing platforms. The tower currently remains the only skyscraper in Frankfurt with a public viewing o

[roseycheeks, 06/05/2009] On 25Apr09, my fiancé and I joined the Night of the Museums activity. It is a yearly activity which allows you to get into all the participated museums with a special price of EUR12 per person. The price also includes frequent bus transfers.
This is one of the museums that we visited on that night. It is located on the south side of the River Main. The closest station will be Schweizer Platz tube station. It is just a minute away walking distance.
When we arrived at the museum, we just showed our special ticket to get into the museum. It was very crowded and hot inside. We only managed to

[roseycheeks, 06/05/2009] We went to this museum on 25Apr09 while we are on the Night of Museums activity. The ticket was EUR12 per person which you can enter 46 participated museums. It is located in the city centre and right next to the Frankfurt City Hall. The closest tube station is Dom / Römer station. It is also very close to the river.
The building actually looks very dull and boring from the outside. There are two levels for the exhibitions. The first level contains some statues and paintings (like Jesus and Virgin Mary). It was quite boring and it was so hot inside. The second level contains a model of the old

[roseycheeks, 06/05/2009] This restaurant is just 15 minutes walking distance from my home and I've been there so many times already. I think their steaks are the best that I've ever tried!
This restaurant is located on the west side of the city centre and it is just right next to the Westend tube station. It is quite convenient to just walk from the city centre. The building is just like a Bungalow with a garden at the entrance. There are plenty of tables and chairs for the summer months. The sitting inside are also nice and comfortable. There are big square tables which could fit about 10 people.
I usually go fo
