My Zeil is actually a new shopping mall opened a month ago (end of March). It is located in the city centre. We managed to go there on the 3rd day of opening. It was packed with all the curious people who wanted to take a first look at this shopping mall.
The building actually looks very amazing from the outside. It has a huge hole through the middle and you can actually see through it. The exterior of the building was made with glass and the interior of the building is also very nice. There are 6 floors in the building and there are about 80 shops inside the building. There are lifts and a lot of escalators inside the building. There is an information desk on the ground floor. There are toilet facilities on all floors, but the baby changing facilities are only available on the top floor.
The shops include fashion for ladies and men. There is a fashion store for men only and it is split into 3 levels. There are shoes shops, accessories shops, a fitness gym, health & beauty stores, electronic store, mobile phone shops, supermarket, cafes and restaurants. There is an underground car park with 900 parking spaces. It cost 1.50 euros an hour and the maximum daily charges are 22 euros.
The opening hours are between Monday and Saturday from 10am to 10pm, but some shops have different opening hours.
It is recommended to visit this shopping mall. You will be amazed by the structure.
