From outside, the hotel is "an unprepossessing tower block" but the interior is described as "bright and welcoming" making this hotel to a "welcome surprise".
The author highlights that the lobby and the rooms have "been recently refurbished in warm, cheerful colours". The author listed the room features like coffee machine, minibar but also pointed out that there is no in-room safe. Bathroom Amenities are "own brand toiletries".
The breakfast buffet is described by the author as "extensive" and the cuisine of the two restaurants is described as "excellent". The author mentioned the "wide selection" of wines.
The author puts a strong focus in her report on the Meeting and Business Facilities of the hotel with its 13 meeting room located on the ground floor and the "huge terrace on the edge of the park" as some sort of highlight.
