No compassion

[NeverActYourAge, 11/08/2009] My husband and I had been planning our 22 day trip to Germany and the Czeck Republic for almost a year. We booked all of our hotels thru email and Hotel Hornburg looked absolutely delightful and had wonderful reviews. We were really looking forward to spending time there. We exchanged several emails with the hotel and then made the booking, confirming it with my credit card.
