The area where the B&B is located is excellent for exploring all the restaurants, bars, shops and little markets it has to offer. There are plenty of buses which stop just 100 metres from the door. Santa Maria Novella train station is only 500 metres away. Most importantly, however is the distance from sites like the Duomo, which is just 500 metres from the building. The Fortezza da Basso and city's conference centre for those traveling on business is also very close by.
With just 6 rooms, this B&B has singles, doubles and triples, all with their own private bathroom, TV, strong box and wireless internet connection (for an extra fee). The building also has heating and air conditioning. Breakfast, of course, is included in the price of the room. There is a small bar in the house, a washing machine, luggage storage service and Internet available in common areas. You will receive a key to the door to your room and the main door upon your arrival (as the family is only available in the mornings), and so you can come and go as you please.
