The best advantage of the hotel is its location - it is just 20 minutes from the historical centre of Florence. My husband and I were stayed there for 3 or 4 days in 2002. We walked a lot and visited all the prominences around. There is also a bus station close to the hotel and a big parking for those who are with their own car.
Apart of this it is nice, not very big, but cosy hotel. Our room had two big almost double-sized beds. The price for it was around 50 E. Very good service, most of the personel were English speaking.
We had only breakfast included in the price but the food was plentiful and varios.
