Cittadella Residence is only few minutes away from Santa Maria Novella railway station, the Exhibition and Congress Centre and Leopolda Station.
For those who drive here, we have a private garage. The Ring Road is very near and of easy access.
Residence
The Cittadella Residence is born out of the accurate and elegant restructuration of an old artisan lab.
It consists of eight apartments divided into two parts and separated by an internal courtyard: the first part consists of a small palace dating back to the late 800’s and preserves the values of the past with antique furnishings or of old workmanship and terracotta tiles pavements. While the second part is totally new and modern, with contemporary interior decorations.
An ideal residence, be it for a short stay or for a long one, studied for the needs of whoever comes to Florence for work reasons or for a comfortable vacation.
Apartments
All the apartments are characterised by an own originality of form, dimensions and furnishings and by the works of modern and contemporary artists.
Each is equipped with all the comforts (telephone, air conditioning, internet access, cable / satellite plasma screen TV, safety deposit box) and come with complete bed and bath linen.
Each apartment includes a parking space in our private garage.
Apartments are spacious and supplied with a walk-in closet or traditional closet, bedside tables and desk.
The dining / living area is sunny and wide, furnished with a comfortable sofa that becomes either a single or a double bed, and with a completely equipped kitchenette (stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher).
