We are 300 mtrs. away from main railway station SM Novella and from congress centre Fortezza da Basso. The historic downtown is 1 km away and you can reach it on foot or by bus which stops in front of our building.We have 3 double rooms with ensuite bathroom and 2 double rooms sharing bathroom with each other. Every room has double windows and air conditioning. There is a fridge in the common area. Every client has his own keys to go in and out as he wishes. We do not have breakfast. We tidy up the rooms every morning. VERY IMPORTANT WE NEED TO KNOW YOUR ARRIVAL HOUR.WE DO NOT HAVE CREDIT CARD SERVICE FOR FINAL PAYMENT WE ACCEPT ONLY CASH.
In our guest house we have double rooms with ensuite bathroom and rooms which share the same bathroom. There is air-conditioning, tv, heating and double windows in every room. We furnish bed linen and bathroom towels. We clean the rooms every morning.We are few minutes away from railway station and 1km. from historic downtown.We are sorry but we do not have credit card service for final payment and we do not have breakfast but you will find a coffee house just outside the main building and a coffee machine in the hall that you can use for free.VERY IMORTANT!
