[Buckley, 10/08/2010] My husband and I stayed in La Pirogue in October 2006 when we attended my brother-in-law's wedding. It was a beautiful resort, with excellent service, and the food was delicious and plentiful. The wedding was planned with the highest attention to detail and the photos were fabulous.
We stayed in the first week of October, which was lovely as the the weather is generally mild and breezy in September and early October, but if you are going later than that (mid-October to November) it is much hotter.
